This building had been flooded to a depth of 1.5 metres and as such had suffered the effects of contaminated flood waters from the river system and its debris. Heyen were asked to advise on the structural waterproofing as far as it was possible to the ground floor and the ducts that carried cables away from the building.

The complete ducting system was treated using the Heyen Super Slurry system , all service exit points in the ducts were treated using a combination of Heyen Aquamastic and Heyen Concrete Repair Mortar.
