Area of a stairway leading from the store to the car park suffered ingress of rainwater in periods of bad weather, this resulted in complaints from customers and staff. Heyen were tasked with coming up with a remedy for what was becoming a health and safety hazard.

Using Heyen concrete repair materials and Heyen Special System the flow of water was diverted to a drainage system and the client was happy with the result. Heyen are the first port of call when any problems occur dealing with water ingress on any of the UK locations.
